The name Mif Gduk Vrët is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Mif Gduk Vrët was founded by Onvuc Zamezat, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Mif Gduk Vrët has a yearly average temperature of 18°C (64°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 10°C (50°F). Mif Gduk Vrët receives an average of 173 cm/y (68 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Mif Gduk Vrët covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 5672 m (18608 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Mif Gduk Vrët was founded durring the late 12th century in winter of the year 1099, by Onvuc Zamezat. The establishment of Mif Gduk Vrët was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Onvuc Zamezat struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Mif Gduk Vrët as a prison colony.
Mif Gduk Vrët was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Mif Gduk Vrët is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Mif Gduk Vrët is is constructed arround a series of crampt baked earthen mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The peasent-grade have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
A look around Mif Gduk Vrët gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable. This all rests atop the unmistakable impression the town is one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which Mif Gduk Vrët brings to mind.
Civic Infrastructure
Mif Gduk Vrët has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Mif Gduk Vrët. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Mif Gduk Vrët's parks.
Mif Gduk Vrët has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Mif Gduk Vrët.
Mif Gduk Vrët has a government-funded child care program, overseen by the local Department of Nursemaids, which is responsible for providing childcare to working-class citizens according to local ordinances.

Mif Gduk Vrët has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Mif Gduk Vrët's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Mif Gduk Vrët possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Mif Gduk Vrët's grid is powered by a god's will and kindness.
Mif Gduk Vrët has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Mif Gduk Vrët's natural decorations nor waterways.
Mif Gduk Vrët has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Mif Gduk Vrët has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Mif Gduk Vrët's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is inspired by the natural world, characterized by sinuous, sculptural, organic shapes, arches, curving lines, and sensual ornamentation. Common motifs included stylized versions of leaves, flowers, vines, insects, animals, and other natural elements. Decorative elements found on the inside and outside of buildings include intricate mosaic work, curved windows, and decorative trim work. .
In Mif Gduk Vrët there is always just enough rain to be annoying.
The Armadillo near Mif Gduk Vrët are known to be quite timid.
Mif Gduk Vrët's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves consuming a local narcotic to channel Elven High Magic energies of tier 2 via chanting.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Mif Gduk Vrët was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Mif Gduk Vrët lost 124 people, 312 livestock, and 75 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 117, when members of Mif Gduk Vrët's militia enacted an operation to fortify a particular port. The operation was complicated by a natural disaster interrupted the operation, shattering unit cohesion. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in a stalemate for Mif Gduk Vrët's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Mif Gduk Vrët's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
